When I opened Red Travel office back in 2013, I came with 8 years of travel industry experience. My goal was to offer something most travel agencies did not offer. And that was a set of core values that all our agents stand behind which is a passionate client focus and to offer everything we can to create a WOW vacation experience for our clients. We don’t want to just meet their exceptions, we want to exceed them. We value our clients which is why our agency has grown primarily from our repeat clients and referrals. I have lived in Medina County for over 26 years, and I have clients all over the country. I am married and have 3 kids ages 25, 23, and 18, all of which still keep me very busy as well. I try to volunteer my time whenever possible to help out in the community. My past efforts have been focused in on Parkinson’s Disease and Alzheimers. Which are close to my heart as I have watched my parents struggle personally with these afflictions. My own personal escape, outside of traveling, is cycling. A country bike ride through Medina county can bring a smile to almost anyone’s face. My keys to success are being a good listener and getting to know my clients on a personal level, as know one can have too many friends.
